Blogger Require Appropriate Area for Working

A safe and appropriate  working environment will boost your energy and help you to avoid fatigue

According to my point of view some head if every blogger  act upon on them hope they comfort and fresh all time :)

1: Ergonomics is the study of workspace design :

If your working area is an appropriate design , you’ll be able to work comfortably and efficiently in one position with no adverse side effects to your long.term health . it’s all too easy to lose track of time when you are busy .and end up spending  hours working at your computer .

So, before you get started , make sure you pay particular attention to the way your workstation is set up.

2: Choose the right chair for you.

If you spend a lot of time in front of your computer screen , then the wel-design chair will help you to avoid backaches and tiredness.Back support -particularly in the lumbar region -and height -adjustment features will let you adopt and upright posture while remaining properly supported. You  might even consider a knee chair if you suffer from chronic back problems , for a fully featured chair ,
Try a specialist office supply store . Don’t settle for the cheapest chair available . Good ones are often available second-hand .

3: Sit directly facing your monitor and keyboard
To avoid back strain , try to sit in an upright position , with your arms roughly horizontal and your eyes level with the top of the monitor’s screen .
Body joints should be at right angles to each other and your feet placed firmly on the floor.

4: Make sure you have unobstructed access
To your keyboard , monitor and mouse . To avoid repetitive strain injury (RSI) in your wrists work with a computer desk that provides space for the keyboard and mouse , and a shelf that keeps your monitor at eye level .

5: Don’t rest the heels of your hands on the desk
While typing , instead , keep the hands parallel with the desk surface. Although a wrist support may look useful, if it’s positioned incorrectly it can actually increase strain.

6: A good quality LCD will reduce eye strain

And help you to avoid headaches .there are many factors that affect the impact an LCD can have on your health and well-being . these include the amount of ambient light in the room , your LCD refresh rate ( which determines the amount your screen flickers ) glare pitch (the distance between identically colored dots on the monitor) the lower the dot pitch , the clearer the image.

7: Avoid sitting with your back to a window

Or another light source, because your eye’s ability to read the screen is hampered by reflections . Reduce eye strain further by maintaining a distance of 50 mm or more between your eyes and your monitor.

8: There are several keyboard shapes and layouts

To make typing easier . A contoured keyboard, for instance, provides a more natural position for your hands. If your desk is cluttered , try a wireless keyboard.
This uses a built-in radio transmitter to send signals to a receiver plugged into your PC. whatever keyboard you use , keep it perpendicular to your body , with the rear edge of the keyboard slightly raised .

9: Give yourself a break from your PC

Every 20 minutes or so . This reduces wear and tear on both body and mind . keep yourself fresh b stretching , walking around and drinking water . if you’re a workaholic , you can get software that prompts you to take a break and suggests anti-RSI exercises .

Keep learnin’ and epxlorin’!
